WORST experience of my life… they did an extraction and didn’t prescribe me antibiotics. And when ask aren’t i supposed to have that, they just said salt water will be fine… Two days later i had the WORST and most PAINFUL infection ever. I call them to try to get antibiotics and pain killers because ibuprofen wasn’t cutting it. they were giving me hard time about prescribing me any medication.

i finally received a prescription DAYS later. And when i came to pick it up the DIRECTOR or SUPERVISOR gave me attitude and told me i should be grateful im even receiving a script…. . NEVER GO HERE!!!

DO NOT GO HERE — UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENT This office is extremely unprofessional and poorly managed. They cancel and reschedule appointments on short notice, wasting valuable time and causing major inconvenience. I would give zero stars if possible. The level of incompetence is alarming — from the front desk staff all the way to the dentist.

If handling basic tasks like scheduling and paperwork is too difficult, it raises serious concerns about their ability to care for my child’s dental health. I’ve visited this office twice now, both times with the intention of getting my child’s teeth cleaned, and both visits ended with absolutely nothing being accomplished. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Great experience for my first visit. Staff is very friendly and professional. Lots of paperwork but otherwise great visit. Staff apologized for the wait which was a nice sentiment even though I was not aware of the wait. I always give myself time at a doctor or dental office.

The treatment plan was set up at my first visit and straightforward. Scheduling was easy at the front desk. Office manager introduced herself and went over the plan and discussed payment options. Nice experience.

Over the past 5 months, this office has canceled my initial appointment four separate times. Each time, I’ve tried to be understanding, but it’s become clear that getting seen here is nearly impossible. There's no urgency, no follow-up, and certainly no sense of responsibility to actually provide the service they advertise. If you value your time or need reliable dental care, I’d strongly recommend going elsewhere.

Extremely disappointed. Would give 0 stars if possible.
